Answers for an old question
Question : Chad and Steve had plans of attending a dinner party in February 2005 along with Jawed but Jawed could not make it. Although Chad & Stevens , went to the party they could NOT easily provide the “proof” to Jawed who altogether did not believe that the party ever took place. The 3 of them hence hit upon an idea and setup their office above a pizzeria and a Japanese Restaurant. The name they gave their company, caused a lawsuit against them because the _________ & Rollform Equipment company’s machines had become overloaded due to customers incorrectly searching for the wrong name. What was Chad, Steve’s and Jawed’s idea?
Answer : Ofcourse itwas 'YouTube' (Eventually bought by google). The proof Jawed asked for was any kind of video evidence that they had gone to the party. They hit upon an idea to let people upload and share videos that could be later and thus one of the most heavily visited sites was born!

Question : Although the origin of this phrase is based on an alteration of an older form, it is supposed to have come from poker. In poker, to gain entry to play a round you have to make a small bet called an ‘ante’. Two bits made an ante (two bits = 1 quarter). This analogy was used in common literature and has led to something we say which is expected to allow us gain entry into a conversation. What phrase?
Answer : The phrase is 'Here is my 2 cents' that people often say when they provide their opinion in a conversation that has been going on. Like the 2 bits that need to be played in poker to play the round or stay in the round, we often say 'Here is my 2 cents' to become a part of the conversation's active members
